The Colosseum Mixed Martial Arts Gym is an 34,000 square foot mixed martial arts (MMA) training facility serving Eastern Idaho, including an altitude room, elevated boxing ring, a MMA Ring, 6,800 square feet of Zebra mats, various hanging bags, free motion weight equipment and a cardio area. Also Yoga, Hot Yoga, indoor cycling, and Pilates will be available at The Colosseum. The Colosseum promotes health, fitness, flexibility, agility and coordination through real drills.
