Mark K. Urman, MD has been in practice since 1994. His practice is limited to consultative, preventive and non-invasive cardiology. He is Co-Director of the Heart Center at the Cedars-Sinai Heart Institute and an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the UCLA School of Medicine. Dr. Urman is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology as well as the American Society of Echocardiography and is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases and echocardiography. Dr. Urman has the distinction of being named one of "America's Top Physicians" in Cardiology by the Consumer's Research Council of America every year since 2003 and one of "America's Top Cardiologists" in preventive cardiology in 2006 and echocardiography in 2007. Dr. Urman was featured in the Super Doctors section of the December 2008 issue of Los Angeles magazine.
